C'mon Lebron!- NYC Campaigns For LeBron James

Somehow LeBron James’ free agency has basketball columnists, experts, analysts, and everyday fans talking about something else than the competitive and entertaining NBA Finals that’s going down as we speak. Where LeBron ends up next season could possibly change the next decade of NBA basketball and can turn an entire city upside down (or right side up). One of the Gotham cities dying for its Batman is New York City – the city will truly get no sleep if LeBron James ends up somewhere else. A few notable New Yorkers began a campaign shamelessly titled C’mon LeBron to vie for LeBron’s on-court services; Mayor Bloomberg gives a tantalizing plea to LeBron, urging him to be the next great NYC legend, and celebrity/master chef Mario Batali one-ups his kitchen colleague and Clevelandite Michael Symon by offering King James a meal for twenty every fortnight. There’s even a C’mon LeBron Facebook page for the millions of NYC Facebookers to join in. Check out the campaign vids after the jump and let us know where you think LeBron will end up once the chaos begins on July 1st
